About this coffee
This washed single origin from Timor-Leste has big bold flavours and we recommend drinking this one with milk to really accentuate the cherry and chocolate sweetness. Hard Lines roast on a Loring Smart Roaster, which uses convective heat transfer, a much more gentle form of heat transfer. This means as a general rule you should allow much longer resting times before brewing this coffee. For espresso, Hard Lines recommend waiting 14-21 days minimum after the roast date before brewing. This may be longer than you’re used to but the results will be worth it.
