About this coffee
This single origin from Jaén, Perú is a real crowd-pleaser. Produced by Coopagro, a relatively new cooperative of farmers launched in 2016 and already the national winners of Peru’s Cup of Excellence award! This one’s a really well-balanced coffee which we’re super excited to be featuring in this month’s box; expect notes of honey, raisin and nutmeg.
Our Roasting Partner, Three Marks Coffee
Allow us to introduce you to Three Marks Coffee, a roastery based in Barcelona and run by... yep you guessed it, three guys called Marc. After gaining a breadth of knowledge whilst cutting their teeth at one of Barcelona’s most prominent coffee roasters, the three Marcs took their complimentary skills in roasting, management and design and launched their own roastery and cafe. We’re super excited to be featuring them in this month’s box and if you find yourself in Barcelona be sure to seek out one of their cafés or espresso bars.
