1 The promotion: Good Brew Home Brewing Photo Competition

2 How to enter

2.1 You can enter this promotion on Instagram only. 

2.2 To enter on Instagram you must:

(a) share a photo on your Instagram page of your home brewing coffee set-up;

(b) tag @GoodBrew_UK;

(c) use hashtag #upyourcoffeegame; and

(d) make sure you are following @GoodBrew_UK on Instagram. 

2.3 You may enter this promotion as many times as you wish. No payment is necessary to enter this promotion.

2.4 By submitting your entry, you confirm that you have read and understood these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.

3 Start date / Closing date

3.1 This promotion will start on 08 April 2021 and end on 15 July 2021 (“Promotion Period”).

3.2 There will be three (3) separate prize draws during the Promotion Period as follows:

3.2.1 Prize draw #1: 08 April 2021 from the time of the competition post on @GoodBrew_UK and the closing date for entries for this prize draw is 07 May 2021 at 23.59 BST;

3.2.2 Prize draw #2: 19 May 2021 from the time of the competition post on @GoodBrew_UK and the closing date for entries for this prize draw is 18 June 2021 at 23.59 BST;

3.2.3 Prize draw #3: 19 June 2021 from the time of the competition post on @GoodBrew_UK and the closing date for entries for this prize draw is 18 July 2021 at 23.59 BST.

3.3 Entries received by us after this time (whether or not they were sent before) will be void and will not be entered into this promotion.

3.4 The winner will be selected as soon as possible after the closing date.

4 Eligibility

4.1 To enter this promotion, you must be a resident of the UK (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) and be aged 18 or over at the time of entry.

4.2 The following persons are not eligible to enter:
4.2.1 Our employees or workers;
4.2.2 employees or workers of any organisation involved in the operation or administration of this promotion including prize suppliers and advertising agencies; and
4.2.3 members of their immediate families.

4.3 Entries will be void if they:
4.3.1 do not comply with these terms and conditions;
4.3.2 are incomplete or illegible;
4.3.3 are made through third parties or agents; or
4.3.4 are considered by the promoter to be part of an attempt to manipulate or unfairly influence the outcome of this promotion.

4.4 We may ask for proof of age, residence or eligibility. Delay or failure to provide the evidence to our reasonable satisfaction may result in an entry being void or a prize being forfeited.

4.5 Our decision as to whether an entrant (or their entry) is eligible for this promotion is final and we are not obliged to provide any reasons for disqualification.

5 Prize

5.1 The prizes for each prize draw are as follows:

5.1.1 Prize draw #1: One (1) HuskeeCup in one of the following size/colour preferences as selected by the winner (8oz or 12 oz, natural or charcoal); 

5.1.2 Prize draw #2: One (1) HuskeeCup in one of the following size/colour preferences as selected by the winner (8oz or 12 oz, natural or charcoal); and

5.1.3 Prize draw #3: The prize as notified on the prize draw #3 competition post on @GoodBrew_UK;

5.2 The winner is responsible for any costs or expenses involved in claiming or using the prize other than those that are expressly stated above or in the relevant competition post as being included as part of the prize.

5.3 The prize may be subject to additional terms and conditions imposed by the supplier or other organisation connected to this promotion.

5.4 If necessary due to circumstances beyond our control, we may (at our option) substitute the prize for a reasonable equivalent of equal or higher value. There is no cash alternative to the prize or any part of the prize.

5.5 The prize is for the named winner only and cannot be given or transferred to any other person.

6 Selection of the winner and notification.

6.1 Only one winner per prize draw will be selected across all valid entries on Instagram. The winner of the prize draw will be the first entrant randomly selected from all entries correctly submitted in accordance with these terms and conditions.

6.2 We will notify the winner as soon as possible on or after the closing date via private message on Instagram.

6.3 Reasonable efforts will be made to make contact over a period of two weeks. If it has not been possible to contact the winner in that time, the prize will be forfeited and the winner will be redrawn from the remaining pool of eligible entrants.

7 Receiving the prize

7.1 The prize will be posted to the winner as soon as possible after confirming delivery details/method with the winner.

7.2 We are not liable for any damage or loss to a prize caused by any third party. If a prize is damaged or fails to be delivered, we have no obligation to provide a replacement prize.

8 Publicity and use of personal information

8.1 We will use your personal information in accordance with these terms and conditions and our Privacy Policy (

8.2 The surname and county of the winner can be obtained by emailing Good Brew for up to four (4) weeks after the closing date, or the winner’s Instagram handle will be published on the Good Brew Instagram Page.

8.3 Entrants who do not want their surname and county or Instagram handle included on the above forums referred to above must notify us within a reasonable period of time before the closing date of this promotion. See clause 10.7 below for our contact details.

8.4 You acknowledge that you may be asked to participate in publicity if you are selected as the winner with no recompense.

10 General

10.1 This promotion is managed and administered by Good Brew Coffee Limited registered in England with registered company number 12680615.

10.2 Entrants acknowledge that copyright in submissions will be owned by the promoter. Entrants agree to assign to the promoter all intellectual property rights in the submission with full title guarantee and to waive their moral rights.

10.3 While nothing in these terms and conditions will limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or for fraud, we will not be legally responsible to entrants or winners for any losses that were not foreseeable to us or to you at the time of entry to this promotion or which are caused by a third party. In particular and without limiting the foregoing, we will not be responsible for (and will have no liability in connection with) the following occurrences, to the extent that they occur for reasons beyond our reasonable control:
10.3.1 any postponement or cancellation of the promotion;
10.3.2 any changes to prizes or the way in which they can be used;
10.3.3 problems with the dispatch of prizes (such as prizes failing to reach the intended recipient); and/or
10.3.4 any act or default of any third party supplier.

10.4 We do not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failure of any kind, which may affect the sending, receipt or processing of your entry.

10.5 We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

10.6 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
